The extra-sharp, lightweight blade of the WÜSTHOF Gourmet 8" Carving Knife is longer and narrower than a chef's knife. The increased surface area of the blade allows for clean, even slicing and a higher level of maneuverability. The pointed tip of the knife is designed to help guide meat away from the bone for effortless carving with minimal waste.
