Washi paper balloons, or Kamifusen, is a traditional toy created by the wives of fisherman using handmade paper dating back to the 1920's. Today, they are enjoyed by people of all ages as a fun and eco-friendly alternative to plastic balloons. Washi paper is made of 100% pure wood pulp.
