Studio D'Artisan cooked up another special pair of denim to celebrate their 45th anniversary and we knew we needed them as soon as we saw them. These 18oz double indigo jeans are mud-dyed by hand in the Amami-Oshima Islands of Japan. The result of doing so creates a very earthy, blackish/brownish hue to the jeans but with fading the blue indigo will start to show. The SP-120 Amami Dorozome jeans are a true work of art and are a perfect example of why Studio D'Artisan are legends at pushing the boundaries of denim craftsmanship.
