12 Salted Caramel Ganache Capercaillie Eggs - The Chocolate DetectiveProbably the most charming chocolate eggs we have ever seen!  A beautifully illustrated cardboard egg box filled with a dozen delicious brown-speckled eggs.  These gorgeous little eggs are made in France and each one is filled with the most mouth-watering and buttery salted caramel ganache, with a touch of 'fleur de sel' salt in the caramel to intensify the flavour. Simply divine!

These eggs are the same as the salted caramel in the cuckoo eggs which were selected as a Best Buy and given 5 stars in Jeremy Lee’s (Quo Vadis) taste test for the Observer last Easter... so a real winner!
