Graceland Vernon's Smokehouse BBQ Sauce

Vernon’s Smokehouse BBQ Sauce was carefully designed to accompany our own Memphis-Style brand of BBQ. It is manufactured exclusively for Vernon’s Smokehouse at Graceland and is the only sauce we serve. A little more bold and tangy than typical Memphis-Style BBQ Sauces, it favors just enough sweetness, and features a well-balanced blend of smoke accent with a mild presence of vinegar and nuances of aged red Cayenne Peppers. It is finished with touches of Onion, Garlic, Paprika and has a rich Tomato base. As for our Dry Rub, this sauce is MSG’s Free and Gluten-Free.
