Use

We recommend wearing The X Brace initially for a few hours per day and gradually increasing up to 12 hours per day as needed. The X Brace has a low profile design, making it comfortable to wear with any style of footwear including cleats. May be worn during or after activities - with or without shoes - but never over socks. Do not wear it while sleeping.
