Got this to have another print surface option for Neptune4 Max. The textured side is identical to the stock one, giving a find texture. Another design side is coated a clear smooth PET sheet, which exhibits a pattern resembling carbon fiber. The intersection of gloss and matte surfaces forms a striped pattern, creating a three-dimensional and orderly print surface with a distinctive texture. An ideal surface for low-temp filaments PLA and PETG.

Excellent Adhesion for First Layer

The model can be firmly attached to the surface of the print bed. Easily print even for a newbie using on a well-tuned printer. For example, setting a Z value of -0.945 or -0.930 on Prusa i3 MK3S+ is OK. If too low, with filament buildup or no extrusion, the print head nozzle easily scratches the surface. If too high, the prints come off the bedplate, messing things up. Turn OFF the cooling fan and Slow down the speed at 10-25mm/s when going on the first few layers.

Easy to Remove and Use

Put the printing plate onto the printer hot bed, then the bed leveling sensor will automatically go on while the machine powered on. Slightly bend the plate for model removal without any help of tools. And the plate will return to flatness, which is made of high-quality spring steel plate. Flexible, removable, high strength, and heat resistant. Total Thickness is about 0.7mm, thicker enough, and longer service lifespan than others.
