This Porch does not need to be included within consideration of your available 'FOOTPRINT'.

The Contemporary / Modern Option enables you to introduce Longer Glazed Area's with Fully Glazed Doors and Long Fixed Windows. Your chosen Footprint Will Include as standard the number of fixed windows which it is possible to accomodate within your front panel beneath the Stabled Porch.

Please note that All Glazing with the Contemporary / Modern Option includes TOUGHENED SAFETY GLASS as Standard due to the fact that the glazed area goes down close to floor level within your building
