The story - a note from Christina, Free Spirit Founder:

Being "stuck" in Bali during the Corona virus crisis, it has been devasting to see the effect the lack of tourism has had on the economy here. The majority of businesses have closed down and many have retreated to the villages, living on basics rations. I met with one local artesan who was selling these beautiful handmade fabrics, but each day had no customer to sell to! But I thought what a beautiful yoga mat bag it would make! At least if I could commission her to make 100 pieces, it would help her and her family.. So with her small sewing team we created these! As a result, they can survive at least another month or 2, hopefully by which time the airports will re-open and tourism and trade will start to flourish again. It's a small difference but little by little, we can all do what we can.
