How to Apply: 

1. Lift It Up Breast Tapes are applied to the top of the breast, not underneath.
2. Remove the lower half of the backing only. The top half of the backing is not removed until Step Four.
3. Place the bottom half of the lift against your skin just above the areola so that the crescent shape is pointing down. Firmly press and smooth so the lift is securely in place.
4. Now remove the backing from the top half of the lift and pull up to the desired position. Firmly press and smooth the top half of the lift against your skin. Lift one breast at a time.
