How to Apply:

1. Peel away the backing from the cup-like side and place on the outer under side of the breast and smooth sideways
2. Peel off the backing from strap and lift the breast tissue with the strap. Stick the strap to the skin on the chest for maximum cleavage and lift.
3. You have about 3 seconds to fix and re-stick any areas of the bra. To reapply you must use a NEW Lift It Up Bare Bra.
4. Repeat on the other side.
