How to Apply: 

1. It is required that you wash your chest area thoroughly (do not use any soaps with oil or moisturizers). Rinse skin completely of all residue and dry thoroughly before application. Do not use powders, moisturizers, deodorants, oils or fragrances anywhere near the breast area prior to applying
2. Remove from protective plastic. Store and save protective plastic for reuse
3. Place the bottom of the bra along the bottom of the breast. Lift it up over your nipple and adhere to the top of the breast
4. Repeat on other side
