Whale Piggy Bank, Gift For Kids, Colorful Money BoxThese colourful "whale-y" banks were inspired by my son who saved his money and requested donations instead of birthday gifts to help save the whales. Max saved up an impressive amount for a 5 year old, and he was happy and proud to donate this to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) for protecting whales. The whale banks are made in porcelain using slip-cast moulds. The porcelain high fired and is then sprayed with a tactile and colourful matte finish. There is a rainbow array of seven bright, fun, colours offered: Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Pink, Purple. Please specify color choice!Each whale has a rubber plug and hole in the base from which to remove coins.The dimensions of each whale are 17 x 9 x 9 cm., or approximately 7 x 4 x 4 inches.It's good to give a sense of purpose towards saving to kids and make it fun at the same time.
