Excerpt-
The door creaks open, and I can feel his eyes on me before I turn. My body tenses, the weight of my pregnancy pressing down on me with each step he takes toward the bed. His shadow looms large over me, a predator stalking its prey. The air in the room thickens, charged with anticipation and dread.
“Alex,” he says, his voice low and commanding. It’s not a question; it’s an order. I know better than to ignore him.
I shift on the bed, trying to find a comfortable position, but there’s no escaping the reality of my situation. My swollen belly is a constant reminder of the life growing inside me, a life that isn’t mine alone. It’s his, too. He made sure of that.
“What do you want?” I ask, my voice barely above a whisper. I already know the answer, but I need to hear him say it to reinforce the chains he’s wrapped around my mind.
He doesn’t respond immediately; he just stands there, watching me with those cold, calculating eyes. Then, without warning, he climbs onto the bed, looming over me like a dark god demanding worship. His hands are firm as they grip my wrists, pinning them above my head.
“You know what I want,” he says, his lips brushing against my ear as he speaks. “You know what you need.”
His words echo in my mind, bouncing off the walls of my consciousness, reinforcing his control over me. Need, desire, obsession—they all blur together, creating a toxic cocktail that I can’t resist. I arch my back, pressing my body into his, seeking solace in the only place I know I’ll find it. It’s sick. I don’t want to feel this way, but he’s trained me for this—over and over, for months.
