I’m holding my Teddy, while my stepdad paces back and forth

through the hall outside my bedroom.

I just told him something I shouldn’t have.

Daddy doesn’t like it when I’m inappropriate, but I can’t help it. It’s in

live with my stepmom in a whole other state—away from all my friends
