Eddingtons VERTICAL CANELLE KNIFE

The channel knife in V-shape is a classic barkeepers tool in a new and improved version. The 6 mm wide notch of the blade cuts deep into the skin of (citrus) fruit and vegetables creating ribbons and notches. The fixed penetration depth makes it very easy to use. The blade is made of carefully sharpened stainless steel and durably sharp. Dishwasher safe, made in Solingen /Germany.
