History: When Houston was first added to MLB during the first phase of expansion, the team’s name was the Colt .45s. However with baseball’s first indoor facility due to open in 1965, it was decided a new name was needed and on December 24, 1964, the name “Astros” was chosen for the team which would play in the “Eighth Wonder of the World”. 

This 100% wool jacket features a quilted lining, and the famed Astrodome on the left chest embroidered felt patch.
