Directions for use:

• To cool the gel insert refrigerate for 30 mins. Apply the cold gel insert to satin mask once required temperature is achieved 
• To heat the gel insert place in a small bow of hot water (Not Boiling) for 2 minutes. Do not microwave. Apply the satin eye mask with insert for 5-10 minutes. 

Prolonged Cold and hot therapy is not advised.
