Magnesium is a mineral that is essential to life and needs to be supplied daily with food. This bioelement is of central importance for muscels, heart and nerves. * Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function including the heart muscle and to normal functioning of the nervous system.

In stressful situations, the body excretes more magnesium, which has to be replaced on a daily basis. In addition, anyone who sweats while performing sport, in the sauna or during other physical activities requires additional magnesium.

Each tablet contains 60 mg magnesium.
