D'ascoli Tamara Midi Dress

The Tamara Dress celebrates the Indian textile tradition called ikat wherein yarns are tie-dyed before weaving creating a distinctive ‘flame-stitch’ look around the edges of the motifs. For this dress we have created a large scale design but colored it in monotones giving subtlety to the printed silk crepe de Chine. Embodied in a bohemian silhouette featuring balloon sleeves with drawstring cuffs and another at the V-neck color, these can be cinched or left open and, with the detachable, reversible belt, give you the ability to cinch or loosen for a form fitting or relaxed look.
