There is one Scottish Smokey Quartz stone in the SQ9 Kilt Pin - a 7mm trillion (triangular) stone. The beads (knobs) that are contrasting in colour to the silver pin are made in 9ct yellow gold.

Joanna's Celtic influenced range uses genuine Scottish Smoky Quartz (popularly known as Cairngorms) and Agate stones. These stones were collected over many years by two enthusiasts from a wide variety of localities around Scotland. For these Scottish stones Joanna has delved deeper into Scottish history and taken her inspiration from the fabulous images of the Celtic Golden Age. The result of this collaboration is a stunning range incorporating ancient motifs.

Each piece includes a signed certification by the jeweller that the stone is an authentic Scottish gemstone.
