All tailored Argyll jackets are made from top quality Barathea 100% pure new wool cloth, with a single button on the front, two side vents, cuffs with 3 buttons, pocket flaps with 3 buttons, and flat cloth epaulettes. All buttons have washer and ring fittings.

When to wear it:The Argyll day/evening jacket suits almost any social occasion, such as dinners and Burns Suppers; balls, ceilidhs or other dances; weddings, graduations, or christenings; as well as Highland games or simply as general day wear.

What to wear it with:The Argyll jacket is generally worn open, with a kilt in any tartan, and a belt and buckle. For daytime use wear the Argyll jacket with an ordinary shirt and tie plus day-wear sporran. For more formal dress fwear with a wing collar shirt and bow tie plus semi-dress sporran, and ghillie brogues.
