I received a set of Chantal cookware with my GE induction range. Since then I have purchased three additional saucepans. I am well pleased with the uncoated pans, but I believe I received a fry pan with a defective non-stick finish. I reported this while in warranty, but was brushed off by your customer service department. So, if your customer service matched your manufacturing, you would treat occasional problems seriously.

I got compliments on the appearance and the pan works well, just wish I had noticed that it was made in the PRC before i purchased it.

LLucy Very nice, attractive pan

This is an excellent pan; however, I meant to order a nonstick 1 quart pan but instead received a 2 quart stainless pan. The cost to return it including a restocking fee was prohibitive, so I kept the pan, even though I don't need or want it.
