I'm only writing this review because I wanted to warn others of the very lengthy packing and shipping time. I ordered this set for a vacation we were on when we arrived and realized the cooktop was an induction burner and the house didn't have any non-stick pans. I never actually got to use the pans because they arrived the day after we left. I emailed the company and they let me know it took 5 days to leave the warehouse because they don't work weekends. They offered to reroute the delivery if I responded immediately, but as I was in a different timezone, this email arrived when I was asleep and so I didn't see it for a few hours and then it was too late. Just buyer be aware - if you need these in a timely manner, order elsewhere.

Wow. I have never owned a fly pan as nifty as the Induction 21 steel fry pan. I think it’s advertised as 5 qt. I wish it was made 60 years ago when I was first married.It is a dream. It cooks everything effiiently. It browns more perfectly than any other fry pan I’ve ever owned or used. It is a dream to clean up in a flash with very little effort. I’m so happy I ordered it. I inherited a ceramic-coated pan from my parents when I got my own place. Years later, I asked my mom the brand because it remains the only pan that is consistently easy to clean AND cooks everything perfectly. I understand some of the "weight" issues (aka, the handle is a little heavier than it needs to be on the 8"), but... honestly, these are the absolute best pans ever and I want more sizes!
