I’ve had the pans for s few weeks and am very happy with these. Like other posts I need to note that my pan did arrive with a minor dent in the rim. This was likely due to the poor packaging and padding in the rather large box my order arrived in. Pan performance is good. Following the recommended prep and cleaning processes is important. I have no issues with stains or gunk and have not yet required the use of BKF. I do occasionally use Baking Soda and water to get the shine back.
