Years ago my sister bought a ceramic Chantal pour-over filter for me. Having used a plastic pour-over filter for years, I was happy to get the beautiful gift.

A few weeks ago I dropped the filter, so I needed a replacement. I bought a filter for a friend and a replacement for me. My friend, who is new to the pour-over, told me that the pour-over makes a great cup of coffee! She used her regular coffee, and was very happy with the results.

My friend is now looking to purchase a filter for use at her daughter’s house.

I’m very happy using these Chantal coffee filters. I used French Presses before but with the Chantal filters I just throw away the filter without having to clean the carafe.
