Cassera Marqueses Islands Carved Wood Crocodile

Carved wood crocodile from the Marqueses Islands. Signed Marques 1946 on the bottom. The wear confirms this mid century date.

Tip of the tail has roughness as does the left nostril. Has typical surface wear and minor abrasions, otherwise fine with no repairs, cracks or losses.
