House outlined with three-quarter length nude woman seen through easel to the right, figure with round pallet to the left. Good impression on cream vellum. Numbered 41 of 50 lower left, signed lower right by the artist in pencil. Framed size 30 1/4“ x 25 3/4” overall. Appraised in 1982 by American design Limited, Denver for $9,000 and again in 1989 for $12,500.
