The Nautilus CCFX2 reel is solid as a rock with a fantastic drag and an overall weight that is ideal for salt and freshwater use. The spool sizes 8/10 and 10/12 fit in either models frame. Meaning you can purchase or own either and 8/10 reel or and 10/12 reel and use either version of spool in either frame. The 6/8 spool is only interchangeable with the 6/8 reel.Specs for CCFX2-6/8 spool:200 yards of 20# and a 7wt line.Specs for CCFX2-8/10 spool: 225 yards of 30# and a 9wt line.Specs for CCFX2-10/12 spool: 300 yards of 30# and an 11wt line.
