The Cyclone Nipper is built on a lightweight, anodized aluminum frame. It features oversized handles that making snipping tippet and leader easy. The blades are replaceable and tungsten carbide. Each nipper comes with extra screws, a matching hex key and a retention ring. They are available in an Offset or Straight cutting face design
Through testing we have found these nippers are ideal for tippet/leader larger than 3x (0.008in). Fantastic and easy to use for steelhead, bass or saltwater fishing where tippet/leader is commonly above 0.010 inches. They can leave large tag ends and are a little cumbersome on smaller diameter tippet.
