It’s pocket-sized and damn useful, that's our BUSHMAN flint! The flint is made of Ferrocerium, also called Auermetal. This is a special kind of metal alloy that releases sparks when the metal is scraped, up to a temperature of 3315°C (even when the metal is wet). The centre of the flint is the Ferrocerium holder, the bottom cover and the matte silver top form the flint holder itself, which is used to scrape the Ferrocerium. If you unscrew both ends, you can put the bottom on the holder, thus extending it. A real cool toy for the serious Bushman!
