WHY WE LOVE THE Bella Freud Satin Bianca Jacket

I wanted this Satin to look like the special combination my father Lucian used to mix to paint his front door - and which he showed me how to do for my bookshelves. Take a big tin of Eggshell oil-based dark colour. Squeeze in a tube of artist's oil paint of the same hue. Mix. The result is a low-level glistening sheen, like the rain on a road at night. It has allure.

THE FIT

The Bianca Jacket is our double breasted offering, creating more of a looser fit on the body. The length of the jacket is long, but the shoulders are gently shaped down to the chest to create a more sensitive and female fit. Due to being double breasted, the Bianca jacket can feel oversized and slightly more statement. This style works well with the Bianca trouser for a more exaggerated look or our slimmer fit trousers for the everyday.
