SKIRT/TOP is how we named this garment for its versatility to be worn both as a skirt and as a top. As a skirt, it has a waistband with a button and is elasticated at the back. There are two overlapping panels that allow you to play with the garment in different ways. When worn as a top, it features a one-shoulder design, with the waist portion worn under the arms, becoming the part that holds the top in place.
