These handcrafted 18ct rose gold hoops closely hug the earlobe. Featuring 24 natural sapphires on each hoop in a rainbow colourway. The sapphires have been heat treated to bring out the best colours but are natural and have not been dyed. Wear them on your lobe or in your upper ear cartilage.
