The Costello Clan Aran Poncho has a rope centre stitch flanked by moss, zig-zag, link, and blackberry panels on either side. The rope is a form of cable stitch, and represents good luck. The blackberry stitch symbolises the Holy Trinity, and the zig zag represents the ups and downs of marriage. This beautiful Aran poncho has been knitted in the traditional báinín (pronounced ‘baw neen’) colour, the natural white of the wool.

It comes to you complete with a clan history and crest. It is made of 100% pure new wool, is water repellent and breathable.
