Bomber hats evolved from the fur-lined trapper hats of the 19th century and leather aviator caps of the early 20th century. Construction included ear flaps and a wool or fur lining to provide added warmth for pilots during the long bombing runs of World War II.

Our Major Leather Bomber Hat features classic styling with a polyester fleece full liner to keep you warm. The outer shell fabric is durable cotton.

The hat includes genuine leather details throughout, including side straps that can be buttoned down or rolled up and snapped. Includes a cotton fabric chin strap with 3 adjustment snaps.
